Delete account and data

You can delete your Vigla account and associated data at any time.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Vigla and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

The authenticated procedure starts from the app; a direct link will be provided here once the app is published.

Without the app

If you cannot access the app, send a request with the form below (it opens your email program) or write to [email protected] from the email address of the account. For security we may ask you to verify your identity.

This form sends nothing to any server: it only opens an email.

What gets deleted

• Account, alert contacts, linked devices, consents and access and notification tokens.
• Associated events, locations and liveness signals.
• Any statistical data is anonymised. Some data may be kept where the law requires.

We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. More details in the privacy policy.
